I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!! I'm so excited for these new features, and I'm already planing out my relationship dynamics! I'm a little disappointed there won't be polyamorous relationships right now, but I'm glad to hear it's still something you guys have on your radar. I can't wait for the first demo of this to come out!
Honestly, this was an amazing game! I loved the characters and the world, and I really had a blast playing this!
It really makes me consider getting the main game when it comes out, although that seems to be a lot more focused on the management part, which I'm not as huge a fan of, so I'll have to wait and see.
But, if you ever make a full game in this style that was more character focused like this one, I'd buy it in a heart beat!
It's not scrapped you dumb dumb, it's going to be released as dlc. It was ALWAYS going to be released as dlc. You really need to learn to read better before you start a whole fuss over nothing.
Hey, I just played through chapter 4, but I noticed a few bugs. First of all, you can start the scene with Siegfried about the doctor being the resistance leader before you actually find that out, so that spoiled me a little bit. Second, even though I picked all of the pro resistance options, at the end we picked the circus instead without even being given the option. Finally, even when the chapter "ended" it just kept looping back to the last scene instead of sending me back to the menu, so I'm not even sure if I really finished.
I know it's been out for a while. but I haven't seen anyone else say anything, so I thought I'd leave this here, hope it helps.
I just to say that I really like the game, but I was wondering how long it is as of now? I've gotten to day 20 and I've noticed that I'm not getting scenes at the beginning of the day anymore, so I wasn't sure if I've made it to the current end of the build. I also think it would be a good idea to add a message to let you know when you're at the end of a build.
I wish I could put into words how this game made me feel, but I really can't. It really helped me on a personal level since I can relate to some of the ways Mona is feeling, and it made me feel like things might workout for me one day too. It just gave me such a sense of comfort I can't really describe.
I literally squealed when I heard Cove say my name! This makes me want to play it again so bad, but I told myself I wouldn't start my second playthrough until step 4 came out.
I just want to say, if there's any way to donate the money that would've gone to you if the kickstarter succeeded, please let us know, because I'm sure I'm not the only one who would still like to help you make this game in one way or another.
There isn't anything you can do to keep those two from leaving, but that's because this developer already had another game with them in it called XOXO Droplets, so you might want to check that out if you want more of them
I really, really liked this! I think it's such a shame that it isn't getting as much attention as it deserves, it's really up there with a lot of other VNs that I've really liked.
I'm really excited for both Marissa's and Jack's routes, and I do hope you at least get enough funding to make the base game.
I'm also super glad that you're planning on doing polyamorous routes as well, because I've kind of been questioning for a while if I might be or not, and it would be nice to see a game with good representation since there are so few.
I really loved this! When I first played the demo for part 1, I thought for sure that I'd do super well at the game, but then I found out that keeping track of your lies was the easy part; the hard part is thinking about how to lie. It took me forever to figure out the trick near the end. XD
OK so, the errors are not part of the game, so you're going to want to fix those before you try to continue. After you fix that, you are going to want to find some way to turn off the lights. (The game gives you some hints when the black screen shows up).
After that, the game should be pretty simple so long as you have the game files open while you play. All of the editing stuff is just people experimenting post-game, you don't have to change the contents of any files while you play.
I just noticed that Dark's card has her name spelled in all caps like the files between dimensions, like (KEY) or (LIGHT). I tried making a (DARK) file with 3141 in it, but it didn't seem to do anything. I think I might be on the right track though, can anyone else try it at different points in the game and see if it does anything? I'd rather not reset my game if I don't have to.
I think that's just people experimenting still, trying to figure out where to put the number in Dark's card. I don't think anyone has actually solved it yet.
I've heard people say the number should be where her mouth is, if that helps.
I don't think there's ever an instance where it forces you. The few scenes that have to happen regardless will tell you what the kink is and allow you to skip the scene, filling you in on any plot related things you missed. That's the main reason I love this game so much
Also, you're right when you say it wasn't their fault, I wasn't trying to blame them. I just wanted to let them know so that they can consider things form multiple perspectives in the future, since LGBT perspectives often get over looked. Again, I'm really not trying to be negative, and I'm really sorry if I come off that way, I'm just trying to help inform some people on the issues we face.
I really wasn't trying to be negative and upsetting, it can just be frustrating some times since it takes awhile to find good games for someone like me. I know I'm partially at fault since it never promised a GxG route, but you'd be surprised how many games include them but don't say anything.
The story was really good though, and I'm sorry if I offended anyone.

I don't want to sound too negative, but I'm extremely disappointed. I thought this game was going to be inclusive and allow you to date a girl but then he just turns out to be a guy all along? I'm not against this kind of twist or anything, but I feel really sad now because I thought this was going to be inclusive, and I'm sure I'm not the only lesbian to play this game and get disappointment, it really just feels like a slap in the face... I know this wasn't your intent, but it feels like queer baiting...
